The accommodations at Chef Claudio’s were a lot nicer than described. I am glad I didn’t upgrade as we had more room and less travel time. The quantity of food and wine included was over the top. Also the quality was unbelievable. Claudio was great. I enjoyed it all. Pickups were on time, Guides were all knowledgable and friendly. Accommodations were great.

Very satisfied!! Chef Claudio was lovely and passionate about teaching us. You could tell that he loved to watch us try and learn new things. The accommodations were great and he even took us himself to an olive oil factory just because we said we were interested. It was a magical week – we loved it!

The entire experience was outstanding! The group of participants was very compatible, and had much fun cooking and visiting the Tuscan area. Chef Claudio was an outstanding teacher with a great sense of humor, and he was willing to adapt each class to add foods requested by the class. The lodging facilities were excellent, and the location provided easy, 30 minute access to Florence by train. Chef Claudio’s location for the classes had a beautiful view of the Tuscan countryside.
